Meet eMILY wilton, DR aCU, RMT
With more than eight years of clinical experience, Emily brings a compassionate, whole-body approach to supporting chronic pain, chronic illness, and long-term wellbeing. Drawing from both Registered Massage Therapy and Acupuncture/Chinese Medicine, she helps patients find relief, improve function, and reconnect with a sense of ease in their bodies.
Emily’s treatments focus on understanding the root contributors to pain and imbalance—whether they stem from posture, stress, inflammation, injury history, or systemic conditions. Her integrative approach blends therapeutic massage, acupuncture, cupping, and gentle manual techniques to calm the nervous system, relieve pain, and support the body’s natural healing processes.
Patients appreciate her steady, grounded presence and her ability to tailor each session to their unique needs, energy levels, and health goals. Whether you’re navigating chronic tension, migraines, fatigue, mobility limitations, or the complex impacts of chronic illness, Emily provides individualized care that honors both the physical and emotional aspects of healing.
Outside the clinic, Emily stays connected to movement and nature—training in the gym, running, hiking, and skiing throughout the seasons. She brings the same dedication to balance, recovery, and sustainable wellness into every treatment.
